Hi BW: Lots of people on this board display "intuitive" knowledge.... That said...ever been accused of having ESP or being "intuitive"? 10-4 on the "fresh eyes"...you recognized the downside to a teacher...that his/her blinders may also transfer over to the student (though an objective process should identify the total set of study actions needed to crack a problem and not just "what skills/background they brought to the table" approaches...). A good teacher would be "low" on blinders too.... Thx for the link ...I'll try and weave it in.... I also took some interest in the pole shifting thing...I've got the book(s) but haven't gotten to far on that ...as other hotter irons have emerged (short-term). Also, just one more thing in the form of a Q: to what exent should "fresh eyes" accept what they read ? How far back in logic should a person go before they go forward again to either accept or reject the current "explanation"? And what drives this process ? In ref to your statement:
