Ya know....Depending on the incoming, is not the only factor...Another should be location of the person...High Lats get bombarded..and it diminishes the lower your latitude. This has become a notion of major interest to me....I live at 49 North right on the Candian border. We are frequently in the scope of incoming....Perhaps some sensitive people are also modified by location...and of course other factors...but my minimal knowledge in the science of this precludes my understanding of certain factors...I am still monitoring and learning..
