That one is interesting also...but this one..and I cannot find it...specified the NA Plate and the Pacific Plate..and while all else was either moving or stationary as status quo...the same was not true for a part of the Oregon Coast...Now as I am rethinking this...It may have been the SJD plate....it certainly wasn't the Gorda which is stuck in neutral...Unless someone remembers this news story from either spring or summer this year, I will send out some notes and see who remembers...It was fascinating....
