Hi Scorpio,

After several attempts at trying to talk science to Roger I've come to the conclusion that he was a seismologist only in the sense of working in a lab and filing charts in drawers. He obviously has no scientific background and not the kind of person who could understand a complex, interelated interpretation of systems.

As for the Grand Canyon, I was just out that way this fall. I drove through Southern Colorado and Utah canyons, following the tributaries feeding the Colorado River. I am now convinced that these canyons were formed in incremental stages and in line with my terracycles theory. All the canyons in these areas were formed by massive and sudden flooding. The area now known as Grand Junction, Colarado is at times (probably every 11,000 years increments) a huge river extending from all the way across the valley. Every formation I saw along the way supported this idea. At one place just outside the Colorado National Monument I found a place where dinosaur tracks had been exposed at what appeared to be the outer edges of a dying lake. My guess was that I was looking at the petrified remains of what was covered by the asteroid 65 million years ago that wiped out the dinosaurs. I even took photos and brought back a sample of the overlying layer to be analyzed.
