And what happened to plate tectonics as a driving force in earthquakes (as opposed to water sloshing around)?

And where is there any evidence of increased earthquakes as the sea rises? Of course there has been isostatic rebound from retreating glaciers but there's not much evidence that I know of that there has been any increase in earthquakes in the last 10-12,000 years of coming out of the last ice age.
