At the time I posted the message, two stations were highlighted in red in the name field. These are changed when new data arrives, so that is why they are not in the red today.

They go red immediately when the data shows an increase. They may let it go for a few days, but then they check to make sure there is no equipment failure or those who are taking the readings don't leave a switch on that is supposed to be shut off. This is done by taking a portable unit to the site when circumstances warrant it.
