If an ear tone time is listed as PST etc. then it is important to also know if the time is AM or PM. Some of those notes do not contain that information.

In the "comments" section the actual UTC (GMT) time could also be listed.

Pacific + 8 hours
Mountain + 7
Central + 6
Eastern + 5

Remember to also add 12 hours if it is PM. And, if the total is greater than 24 hours then the UTC date must be changed to the next day.
