If a person claims that they feel earthquakes BEFORE they happen, then they must be specific about predictions and the very enigmatic no-show. If a person is truly sensitive, then lets take an example...This person...lets say me...I predict earthquakes for a specific area, and in my case this was apprx 300 miles of a radius of Fort Bragg, CA on the Mendocino Coast....In my area I had a fairly constand 68% hit rate, meeting all parameters...time, size and Mag. BUT when a quake hit in my area...say a 4Mw+ and I had not predicted it, it was a big part of my diary and some called it a false positive....I can go along with anything you want...False positives for sensitives is a very important fact...
