If you notice the Nor cal list that says 4.3 says 4.3Mw (moment magnitude) and the 4.1 is Ml (local) - which are 2 different measurements.

The data shown on the scec version of recenteqs is from northern cal networks for the northern cal quakes so you can be assured that the map and list is correct.

So its not just the socal network getting data...
