The event at Lone Pine has always been there as far as I can tell. Check the
Earthquake Summary for November 24, posted on this board. You will
find the following event listed:

O: 24NOV2001 9:28:49 36.6N 118.2W ML=3.0 NCSN WNW of Lone Pine, CA

Probably it was taken off temporarily while a recalculation was made and
then returned to the list.
