Hi Lowell. Cs, Ds and Fs never bother me as long as I know why I'm getting them. That is how you learn. You learn from both the correct answers and the incorrect ones.

I was thinking along the lines of a B for the magnitude as they were close, a C for the location, as they weren't that close and a D for the time period as it was somewhat beyond my window. However you grade them as you see fit as long as there is an explanation such as the one you gave for my B+. Hopefully it is through those that I can get a better insight for the next forecast.
