Santa Cruz Island

Canie-I did not see this post until just now. I've banged on every fault on Santa Cruz Island-I spent about 80 days out there on numerous trips over the last 13 years, and there are only a few square kilometers of the island that I have not walked. there are some things on the island that I would like to look at, so would like to get out there eventually. But, I first need to get out onto Santa Rosa Island again, because there is a fault there that I need to walk out-and I need permission from the National Park Service. If you have not spent time on Santa Cruz Island and would like some suggestions for spectacular fault outcrops, let me know. It really has some spectacular outcrops. The outcrop of the west end of the Santa Cruz Island fault at Christi Beach is the best known. I'm trying to be semi-anonymous on this site for now, so post an email address and I'll reply. Better to make a new post because this one may scroll off the screen (I may not check it) Chris
