Without being an expert in this area I will propose that it could be that many of the electromagnetic energy field related approaching earthquake type signals which people detect are entering the body and mind through interactions with complex brain and body related electric fields rather than through magnetic fields. One reason for proposing that is the observation that these types of energy waves appear to be able to transport considerable amounts of information from one location to another. Radio waves can do that. I do not know if magnetic fields could.
