I should have pointed out in the daily summary that many of the larger
events today occurred in regions where a statistical correlation occurs
between location and lunar cycle as noted in yesterday's summary. These
areas included Idaho (the largest events of the day in the contiguous 48-US states
were near the Idaho border). Tonga - where three (Mb 5.1, 5.2, 4.8) events occurred
and the Kurils where a Mb 4.8 occurred. Sorry for the oversight.
