Looking for a 3.5 to 4.8Mb quake at 38.5N/125.7E. This is about 50Km south of Pyongyang, North Korea. It should occur on 11/23/2001. The window will open on 11/21/2001 and will close on 11/25/2001. The radius on this will be 80Km. Take Care…Don in creepy town
