Yes, I've seen that before. I think it's called Pascal's wager.

But it's a logical fallacy in that it assumes only 2 possible outcomes.

Suppose you pick the wrong god?

Or suppose you pick the right god but the wrong method of worship?

There are many ways to screw up. Or maybe not. Maybe god doesn't care one way or the other.

Too many variables to decide.
