The Area is Active

A Mb 4.6 earthquake occurred this morning east of the event Don had anticipated
in this prediction - that event occurred at 29.9S 68.8W. Don's forecast expected
an event of Mb 4.4+ at 29.9S 72W. While the window on that forecast is yet
to open, this earthquake does indicate the area is active and that Don's prediction
may have a reasonable chance of success.
