I have looked at Shan's website in an attempt to evaluate his past claimed success. But the posted information gives only the dates of his predictions plus the locations and magnitudes of the quakes which fit.

Not what is needed.

I was able to check his most recent prediction and found very high probabilities due to the large areas and small magnitudes predicted.

He has agreed to give lat-lon coordinates as well as place names in the future (Feb) so maybe we can proceed from there.
