Electromagnetic energy field activity before an earthquake such as a glow on the horizon has apparently been reported by quite a few people over the years. I wonder if anyone has been able to determine with any certainty what the source of that energy might be. Is it linked with the piezoelectric effect, the result of energy from the Earth's geomagnetic field draining into fault zone, both, neither?
