Any information posted to this board is available instantly to anyone around the
world who is interested as you know, AND it is available for review later. There is
no advantage there to a chat-room. You also made the argument earlier that
since many people who would need this type of information speak English as
a second or third language - a chat room is NOT the place for these people
to be picking up details - they need time to read and comprehend what they
have read.
History has shown, as Don has pointed out with the VAN group and their
telegrams, that this was not an acceptable way to document predictions as viewed
by most of the scientific community.
I certainly have no objection to you and others trying a chat room out and seeing
what develops. Remember this, however, the world is a big place. If you are
discussing a possible earthquake in India most Indians are not going to stay
up till 3 in the morning so they can confer with you on this in a chat room. Your
time is not their time.
As far as I can tell, your predictions are not usually regarding an earthquake
that will happen within seconds. For example there were several weeks between
your suggestion that an earthquake may or may not happen in China until an
earthquake did - what's the hurry. You lose more than you gain, including all
the Chinese who don't want to keep your hours.
