Obninsk, Russia is reporting a second earthquake in the Lake Baykal region
this morning :
2001/10/28 06:26:54.1 56.1N 113.6E 5 Ms2.9 A GSSA EAST OF LAKE BAYKAL, RUSSIA
(Mb from GSSA is usually about 0.5 units above stated Ms, MB approx. 3.4-3.5)
This event is actually closer to Don's prediction for 56.2N 112.6E being about
60 km to the east. Note, however that Don's predicted epicenter lies midway
between the two events last night 80 km east of the first, 60 km west of the second.
