The NEIS catalog was under suspicion of being lame in that area.... Is the NOAA catalog online accessible?

This quake event may have been triggered by the huge amounts of water pumped atop the WTC rubble...which seeped into the ground and facilitated a quake event....

Using this as a premise and the same theme for the LA quakes (3.7, 3.0, etc.) then perhaps 40 days ago or so somebody somewhere (or maybe it was mother nature) was pumping water in and around the LA area...to be later triggered by a _________? Just a rampant speculation....
