I was fortunate enough to attend that council meeting!

There were 2 scientists involved; one was Bill Spence and I can't remember the other one but it was his theory they were discussing. Bill was a collaborator.

It was brutal.

They expected to give 2 days worth of testimony and presentations. Instead, they got 2 hours more or less. The council was in no mood to listen to them and dismissed their material out of hand.
