Re: ResearchGate |
So, what is the language of the day. Have you decided to definately jump to Fortran? Why not C as Skywise appears to be doing or C++?
I send free technical advice to governments around the world. And it would be too dangerous to have all of that personal information available anywhere. In fact my next project for this week will likely be getting the U.S. Government to make some simple changes to the rules associated with the White House Petitions Web site so that people can use alias names to post petitions there. https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/ You can see the problem right here in this bulletin board. Some people are angry that I am stating that earthquakes can and should be predicted. And so they won't take any interest in any of my far more important projects such as that latest one involving the creation of a U.S. Government Department of Science and Technology. I myself find it difficult to even send important information to the White House because I am so totally opposed to some of the administration's policies. But, life has to go on. And part of life is communications. So it is best for people not to say everything about all research efforts they are involved with. And as I said, the only reason I post notes here is because there aren't any private or government groups out there that are actually interested in forecasting earthquakes regardless of what they say. But as I said, some such as Pavel Kalenda's group are actually interested in developing specific forecasting technologies. These are personal opinions.
