The program IS written in Fortran 77.

I am going to send you the zip file. But you did at one time already have it stored somewhere on your computer.

You should wait until you hear from me before getting started on this because tomorrow I am going to contact an international scientific group that should be interested in this effort. I want to get some imput from them regarding the project. They might want to translate the program themselves. If not then I expect that they will certainly be interested in your TB translation.
