If you're really serious about this, the best solution would be for you to buy a current version of Fortran and compile the source code. I'm guessing several hundred dollars for that.

Second best is to find someone to explain the code I was having trouble with so I can finish the TB version.

Third best is to get Skywise to write the whole thing in Xbasic, but that is even more obscure than TB, thus less of general use.

But it really isn't a practical thing to be doing. The program gives the tide value for a particular place at a particular time. The time required to do that for an area would likely be too large to be practical when we're talking about hundreds of locations and times.

And it has nothing to do with quakes in the first place.
