Well, since you are doing the work it is up to you to choose how the effort gets done. But I will again say that with the WWWBoard program, multiple parties could contribute to the effort. And it is nice to be able to do the development work on your own PC.

And again, if there is little interest in the proposed new board then you might want to reconsider staying with WWWBoard. If you can program using any version of Basic or virtually any other language then you can do the necessary Perl programming. That is one of the reasons I went with Perl. It is easy to use after you learn a relatively small number of conventions such as I/O commands. Another reason is that it is probably available on almost every Internet serve on the planet. So an advanced WWWBoard could be used by anyone.
