I have that list also. We both wrote our programs to ignore those lower magnitude quakes. They are not being included in the analysis.

Right now Roger and I are trying to track down a discrepancy between our two programs. With this latest list, he has 3 more hits than I do. I'm in the middle of a very detailed manual analysis of my program's output and comparing to his output.

BTW, congratulations on India's successful launch of the Mars Orbiter Mission. I watched the launch live over the internet.
