Amit, why are you claiming hits using quakes that are LESS than your predicted magnitude?

For example, "SR17", you predict mag 8, but count a hit with a mag 6.8?

Being strict, I only get 29 hits. Expected is 27.9, so you're insignificantly 1 hit above chance.
