In my opinion, for making changes at first it would be much easier to add features to the WWWBoard program. New routines can be quickly added without affecting the operation of this primary Web page. Instead there would be "experimental format" Web pages that were generated at the same time as this Web page. And they would be the ones with the new features. If people liked something then it could be added to this primarly Web page.

I already have a more advanced version of WWWBoard that is installed on my own computer though it is not active. Xampp can be used to easily modify and test it without having to change the actual Web site CGI program. And it also has a much, much higher resistence to hacking, not that hacking has been a problem with this present board.
