This gov't shutdown hit the NEIC catalog so I had to supplement with the ANSS data.

It should be the same, just more small stuff. I started out editing for format, then realized a program would be much faster (and easier) so wrote one, then wrote another to extract the 5+, 6+ and 7+ files.
