I use the software Gocad, which you would not have access to.

You can use the free software SCEC VDO. I found it frustrating, but if I did not have Gocad I would use it.

The download may give you the ".ts" surfaces. You could probably play with these to get them into a format where you could open them with some other software you might be using.
