Thank you very much for inviting me to this forum especially to Mr.Lowell, Mrs.Petra Challus,
Mr.Michael and Mr.EDG.

I got the opportunity at the time when my predictions are come to an end for this year since
the hideout of sunlight due to neighbour's building. So my predictions will be resumed during
1st week of Feb.2002 only. Luckily today (17th Oct.2001) I got 50% sunlight (due to cyclone
disbursement) and noticed as follows:

NORTH EAST INDIA-NEPAL-BENGAL-HARYANA (REGION 1) AND / OR PHILIPPINES-JAPAN-MANGOLIA-
INDONESIAN ISL.MAY EXPERIENCE 5+M QUAKE WITHIN 48 TO 130 HOURS FROM 10 AM ON 15 OCT.2001.

STRESS ACCUMULATION CONTINOUS OVER MEDITERRANEAN SEA AND SOUTHERN INDIA NOTICED.
MAY LEAD DEPRESSION OVER SEA.

Generally, it appears a vague prediction, but most of the places will experience the quake.
With this method, not only low to high intensity quakes but also depression over sea, etc.
can also to be predicted.

So far Earthquake precursor data collected by way of changing environment data upon the earth.
Part of the data depending on satellites rounding the earth, which influenced by sun flare
and other magnetic forces. Here I am not depending satellite data. Because there are two
types of satellite namely Polar and Geo-stationary satellites. Polar (remote sensing)
Satellites are round the earth at a pre-determined speed and the Geo-stationary satellites (GPS)
are fixed with respect to earth's rotation. Both systems are unable to detect the changes on
earth during earthquake, which is influenced by 3 types of forces. (which will discuss later).
But sun is far away from the earth and constantly giving its energy in the form of light.
So if any variation found on the earth which is constantly rotating with 1000 miles per an
hour, which is easily detected and noticed by incident light.

Please note that I am explaining the theory with my insufficient knowledge and kindly ignore my
presentation suppose, if it is in a non-scientific manner.
