Water is back on. Don't know how they managed that so fast but I have lots of bottled water left.

XP has been infected by the Text Enhance malware. In trying to get rid of it I reset the proxy setting. Now I can't restore it; XP says I don't have permission even though I'm the Administrator.

I added Win 7 in a separate partition with dual boot but it's so different it's going to take awhile to learn.
