Too dry.. I remember a storm some time ago - maybe in the 90's.. Unfortunately I had to be in the santa monica area for some reason - which meant driving home during rush hour on the 405 freeway south - My office Manager was in the office at Signal HIll - she couldn't get off the hill for all the flooding - it took me over 3 hours to get home - freeways and side streets were crawling.. rain was pouring.. it was a mess!
