You can see from one of my Updates just posted that I am expecting that there could be a major earthquake on the way. And I am alerting researchers around the world. There might be enough time for people to determine exactly where it is likely to occur and then warn the local population if the fault zone is near some city. International tsunami workers would also want to know about an approaching powerful earthquake.

So, this bulletin board expansion idea will have to wait for a while. But this demonstrates why earthquake researchers around the world need to have a special bulletin board where they can compare notes without interference.
