Well, Don, it's like this. As a hunter, I thought you'd be familiar with this recipe.

Set oven for 400 degrees.

Take a freshly-killed duck and pluck it. Remove the innards, head, and feet, then coat skin liberally with salt and KY Jelly. Place in a large, covered roasting pan for an hour and fifteen minutes, or until the duck is letting off little quacks of sensual delight.

Cut off a hunk and slide it into your mouth. Don't let it slip off your fork or Petra's gonna be mighty peeved.

So there you have it: KY Jelly Duck and Cover.

All very simple, really. Just need to think outside the roasting pan.
