As a test, I selected 10 dates from 1973-1975 having mag 6.0+ quakes and ran an evaluation on predictions for those dates.

Naturally, all were hits. The odds were .254 for that time period but getting all 10 hits gave a S.D. of 2.29 with a significance level of 5.54 which is WAY off the charts.

Amit's complaints are unfounded; his results are simply too low.
