Update - May 2, 2013

No powerful earthquake has occurred so far. So, the relatively rare EM Signal that was detected does not appear to be a high probability indicator that there will be a really powerful earthquake for certain in the next few days.

Quite a few different types of EM Signals are being worked with. And I am gradually checking to see which ones are the most reliable. One particular group does appear to be definitely linked with solar storm activity and approaching earthquakes. But a powerful earthquake that occurred in the Solomon Islands region not too long ago indicates to me that these signals can be detected as much as 6 months before the actual earthquake. And other data suggest that this can even be as much as 2 years. That is a long time to wait for the earthquake.

That latest unusual signal was detected around the same time that the moon was on the opposite side of the Earth form the sun (full moon). And that appears to me to be a higher probability time for both the signals to be generated and certain types of earthquakes to occur.

These are not imagined EM Signals data. They are in good agreement with Pavel’s ground tilt data. And his sensors appear to be detecting fault zone strain buildup as much as 6 months or longer before an earthquake occurs.

These are personal opinions.
