I was asked for some probabilities recently and to answer the questions I revived an old program.

While I was at it, I updated the data file so it uses the 1973-2012 NEIC catalog and allows the user to select a mag range from 5.0 to 10.0 and a window length (in days) from 1 to whatever.

The answer is the odds on getting a hit with a quake of the input size in a window of the input size somewhere in the world.

Anybody have a use for it or want an answer from it?
