Hi Brian,

I didn't see your post until today, a day later. However, I just noticed that since Sunday, Yellowstone has been popping. It began just to the NE of West Yellowstone and then migrated to the SE, mostly in the area between Shoshone and Lewis Lakes, which are just to the SW of Yellowstone Lake. The largest was a 3.0 early this morning.

For what it's worth, I also noticed that prior to today's 7.8 in Iran, from about midnight until the quake hit less than 5 hours later, there was a run on larger quakes (4.0+) popping up all over the globe, from Oklahoma (4.2 and 4.3) to Argentina (4.5) to China (5.3) to Chile (4.7) to Papua New Guinea (5.6). Just a lot of activity in a short time. It probably means nothing, but it seemed a bit odd.

Thanks for you input, Brian,
Beth
