I think we're OK on this one. Shan seems to agree the window really ends on the 15th. Perhaps what he means is, it will happen by the 15th, but expects it to happen much sooner perhaps by the 10th.

If it happens by the 15th, I'd have no problem giving it to him.

(btw, I'm only arguing the date here, not the other parameters)
