Forward is a matter of opinion, since I'm moving from a 1/2 acre home in the foothills near Carter Lake to a mobile home park near Longmont.

That could be considered a step down but it's a very nice community and I don't have to drive 15 miles for any shopping. Plus it's me and my wife instead of the two of us plus another 3 couples.

I think we'll like it there.
