Hi Roger, Considering the number of Internet related problems you have encountered during the past few years I am going to suggest the following: If you look at all of the free Web sites they have out there you can probably find one that will let you do E-mail work. You simply go to the Web site, enter your user ID and password, and use their Web site programs to send and recieve E-mail. There are some free research organizations that you can also register with that will probably let you do the same thing. Of course this means that you need to be able to get on the Internet in the first place. But if your own computer cannot do that for some reason then you can visit probably almost any public library and it will have public access computers that you can use that are connected to the Internet.
