I think that eighty million dollars was mentioned. I wonder if the cost savings from stopping trains, shutting down grids, etc. might make that amount look very reasonable? I haven't seen an analysis of that (but than I don't read everything, and my "local" newspaper is about as skinny and non informative as it gets! I only read it for the crazy letters to the editor!)
