Odds are I'm going to be wrong on my prediction of 7 M6 quakes in 7 days. Although energy release (Moment) must be lower than average globally since the SE Alaska M7.5, a M6.0 is not going to start triggering distant quakes. Some part of the seismotectonics community thinks that you are most likely to have quakes when you are already having quakes in the region, and thinsg are still quiet. Plates don't slow down and speed up (they flex at their edges) on this time scale.

It is 65 deg at 6 AM in the heartland, about 45 deg warmer than normal. Storms are coming. 77 deg yesterday, 10 deg (F) higher than the record. Excuse the non-metric units.
