Forecasting Web Page Update - January 28, 2013 |
My forecast Web page has just had an update in the Chart B discussion area that provides some technical information regarding the nature of the EM Signals that I work with. http://www.freewebs.com/eq-forecasting/Data.html The latest forecast data are also listed there. And my very large earthquake database file can now be downloaded from the Web page. Also, the first actual post regarding the Chart B data can be found just above that chart on the Web page. It states that EM Signal Line # 4 on Chart B has the same type of peak pattern as the 5.9 magnitude earthquake that occurred a day or so later on January 27, 2013 in the Tonga area. And I think that it is likely that the signal was pointing to the approach of that earthquake. As I have said before, if directional information could be obtained for those EM Signals or if it could be established that they are matching with Total Electron Content information available through various Web sites then we might have an accurate way of forecasting a good percentage of our powerful earthquakes. Some time in the next few weeks I might try to see if there are any TEC records that can be examined to see if those EM Signal - TEC matches do exist. I already know that those EM Signals can be good matches with Pavel's ground tilt data. These are personal opinions.
