as per Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Earth outer core is from 2890km to 5100 km ie 2210 kms. This is not small amount. what is the depth of oceans?
Moon distance varies say 57 er to 63 ER.(Earth radius)This is too much compare to 2800 kms. why it should not act on this liquid?
