Thank you for all your efforts to make your system pucca. I dont know about Dr.Paval's method, and if you compare with my work, please give some examples as in my website at present in my forecasting page so that can easily understand.

There is no need of any special directional property for forecasting, and do with little knowledge about the important places comparing with your signals. It will not suddenly raised but with your past experience you can definietly do it.

So far I am not concentrating any other method except one expert from abroad who is giving me when I got little confusion about finding and fixing new locations. TEC not always right but some times only also OLR.
