While I have not been able to correlate my ear tones or headaches to earthquakes, the psychic factor definitely works for me. I *knew* twelve hours in advance that the Sylmar earthquake would strike. I knew it in my bones.

I told everyone I could (and living in a dorm at UCLA at the time, that was a lot of people) that a big earthquake was going to hit within a few hours. Nobody believed me, but you should have seen the looks and questions I got out on the streets of Westwood at about 6:10 am, Feb. 9, 1971.
